If THE DUDE and SPICOLI spawned a man – that man would be Jesse Clayton, man. Sir Jesse has been doing incredible things for the Philadelphia shred kingdom for many years – and for that, THE KING graciously welcomes him into the SKATESWORDS kingdom (He’s also really good at skateswording). THE KING took sometime from his completely wide open schedule to rap SWORDS with the newest SWORDSMAN..
THE KING: How does it feel getting on SWORDS? Better yet, how does it feel getting on today – 4/20/11 at 4:20pm?
SIR JESSE: It feels like an intergalactic journey through a post apocalyptic future funk haze.
THE KING: Trippy, please tell everyone about your past and current projects? You own a skatepark land building domination company?
SIR JESSE: A group of groovy space barbarians and myself created a black hole at Huntingdon and Trenton called POPS which continues to grow in strength and consume all surrounding matter, and will do so forever. My serious answer.. POPS opened a lot of doors for us and now with 5th Pocket started and a great crew to work with we are going to have a few new skate spots in and around Philly in the near future. We’ll be teaming up with the guys from Kinetic for a DIY project in Delaware in a few weeks.

SIR JESSE: No Mercy!!!!!!
THE KING: You’re in the shred battle of your life… 5 things you need to survive, GO!!
SIR JESSE: The right company (people) can get you through the worst shred battle or any battle for that matter.
THE KING: Truth be told!! Would you rather be… the guy who pulled the SWORD from the stone or the guy who impaled the SWORD into the stone?
SIR JESSE: The guy who crafted the SWORD.
THE KING: Nice!! I think that was a trick question.. What are your favorite spots to slay?
SIR JESSE: I’m generally shredding POPS, the South Philly bowl or Whitehall.. but I’ll skate anything I’m around, except rails.

SIR JESSE: Optimally both but for now just sticks living.

SIR JESSE: I’m always psyched to travel, but in all honesty.. my private thrills are not for public discussion.
